Dubai

Dubai is an awesome city. Those of you who don’t know, when we were leaving Ghana and going to Munich we had an 8 hour layover in Dubai and we decided to get out and see the city of Dubai.

First place we saw:

Indoor ski resort

Dubai is the only place in the world where you can sand ski water ski and snow ski all in the same day if you want to

Second place we saw:

7 star hotel.

We didn't go into it (of course) But we saw it.There is an underwater restaurant.

Third place we saw:

The world’s tallest twisted building

Rockwell is not is a couple of these pictures because he was dead asleep, jet-lag

Fourth place we saw:

We went inside a chic shopping mall.

Fifth place we saw:

The palms

From a birds view the islands look like a palm tree from above.

They are building another set of islands which they will call the world because of the same reason as the palms, it looks like the world from above.

Sixth place we saw:

The Arabian sea.

Seventh place we saw:

 The Burj Khalifa

Eighth place we saw:

The spice market.

We needed to take boats across the river to get to the spice market.

Our tour guide put a really strong menthol plant close to us and it burned my nose and eyes.

Ninth thing we saw:

The world’s largest gold ring and necklace.

Also unexpectedly, we saw the Crown Prince. He was driving and pulled up to a stop light right next to us. Our driver said,"The man driving the car next to us is the Crown Prince." We were all so surprised. And we were all saying,"What? Oh my gosh." We also thought it was cool because he was the only one in the car. No body guards or anything.
